GOnet - New functions for geoprojects

New functions are available to define access and sharing of geoprojects in GOnet. In summary, the following functions have been added:

• You can send a link to another user to directly access a geoproject in GOnet;
• Access to the geoproject can now be restricted to certain users only;
• You can filter the links by access or by GOnet theme.
